Blender in other languajes(spoken not programming)?

I have noticed that lots of people that only speak spanish are interested in using programs like Blender or making games, but it's a little hard to learn Blender if you don't know what it says.

So if anyone can give a hand here, I think Blender could be more accesible, thus helping with one of the purposes of the fundation. I know a little about programming and speak spanish, so I maybe do something about spanish but I bet that is the same with people that speaks only French or German or any other languaje.

8) The Blender Spanish community is one of the biggers around the world (Over 600 members).

Now we have nice projects about Blender.

If you speak Spanish, take a look on: www.nicodigital.com

Don't know on the Windows world (been a lot since I left it) but in the Linux world applications have theyr interface translated in a breeze... you pick the languaje you want to use at the beginnig of your work session and there you have all translated: menus, help files, error messages, etc. (At least it works fine on RedHat)

But it doesn't work on all apps  (i.e. Blender)

How they do it? I would like to know!!!
