Blender Python Interpreter Handle???

I'm calling a C++ DLL function through BPython. Is it possible for that C++ function to run another BPython script from within it, accessing that same Blender data runtime as it was originally generated from?

The problem is I need to give the control of the data flow to the C++ dll rather than the Blender Script.

In other words can I get some kind of a handle to the Blender Python interpreter which i can pass around functions?

could you pass the bpy functions to the c++ code, so it could then call back using those references?

i don't know about it otherwise, can be possible to get a handle but dunno.
