I am wondering how to configure blender to use the installed python without recompiling blender.
I have python 2.2.3 with the win32 extensions for python...

As a feature request, can there be a user defined python install path?
This should be configured to dynamically link to the main python file..
I know that windows and dos uses the file python.exe
I do not know what linux and other os's use.
Configure python 2.2.3 with blender 2.32

Hello,
Do you think maybe you could use the SEARCH function on these Blender boards???
Perhaps these links will help you:
How to set your PYTHONPATH 101
BlenderBase
Blender Python & Plugins

First, is it necessary to be rude? Second, I happened to be searching for something similar today, and the only search button I saw was the one on the upper right, I know of no other, and I got absolutely no satisfactory results. Not even close. If you know of another search option, such as specific forums, etc.. please let me know, ‘cause as usual, I can’t find anything in here, it’s so muddled up and eye unfriendly, at least to me ;Pjsplifer wrote:Hello,

PS I don't want to sound grumpy about that, I know setting up a website like this took a lot of energy, just needs some refinement please? ;P
Anyway, finally, I hope this link might help you???
