How to make an object made from vertices into a solid mesh?

Post by Elit3DStudio » Sun Dec 23, 2012 4:47 pm

Hey all. So i have made an object in Ortho-Top View in Blender and i want to make it into a solid object (So it is grey in the middle, like when you have a basic plane).

I also want to make the object 3D after i have made it into a solid object, not just extruded vertices connected together :3

there is an addon called Pointcloud Skinner, but in general, this is called pointcloud triangulation. You may look that up, maybe use MeshLab for this job.
I'm sitting, waiting, wishing, building Blender in superstition...
