The Graphics card compatibility page on blender3d.org is way out of date, and not very cross-platform. So, let's fix it by creating a new 'database' of information to find out what graphics cards work well, what cards don't, and to isolate any potential bugs or problems.
All you need to do is post your system specs here and how well they work. Let's keep this thread as a nice clean database, so please don't use this thread for discussion. If you want to discuss the results or add suggestions, please use this other thread here (I'll delete any 'chatty' posts from here and repost them in the other thread).
Please provide your:

Operating system (and version)Windows 7 Home Edition

Graphics card (manufacturer, chipset, etc.)Nvidia EN9800T GeForce

Driver/OpenGL version OpenGL 2.0

Functionality or problems (please note the Blender version if functionality differs between versions)Blender 2.64 does not work after shutting down and then later restarting. I must reinstall graphics drivers every time to make Bender 2.64 work.

Any additional notes
For information on how to find out your graphics card chipset, driver versions, etc. in Windows, read this page on blender3d.org.
Blender crashing Radeon 6570
Hi,
My specs are:
AMD FX 6100 3.3 GHz
OS: Win 7
Video Card: AMD RAdeon HD 6570
Open GL: 6.14.10.11931
Blender simply crashes whenever I try GPU rendering. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Open GL: 6.14.10.11931
Driver version: 9.002-120928m-148276C-ATI

OS : Windows 7 Pro SP1 64 bit
processor : intel core i5
ram : 4GB
Blender 2.64
Grafis Video & Memori ATI Mobility™ Radeon® HD 5145, 1G DDR3 VRAM
problem : When I select "Cycles Render" the render panel does change, and also the materials panel etc. But when I click the render (camera icon) I don't have an option to select the render device (CPU or GPU). There are two options, "Display" 'and "Feature Set". The "Feature Set" has two options - "Supported" and "Experimental". But in a tutorial I saw, there were two options under Render - "Display" and "Device".
