Animated Stories / books

Post by cosmicradiance » Thu Jun 09, 2005 11:16 pm

I am new to blender and was wondering if one could create an animated storybook. I would like to add one to my site with the ability to preview and then download.

Thanks for your help.

You should post questions like this in the users forums not the developers forums.

To answer your question, what exactly do you mean by animated storybook?
You can do animations with blender. You can also do interative 3d with
the game engine. You could use both to create an animated storybook.

Thank you for responding.

My idea of an "Animated Storybook" is a story that is fully animated and can be downloaded to ones computer to be read online but instead of the story being "flat" with no movement, it is fully animated. I guess a movie would be a better way of saying it.

It seems by your answer that this can be done?

Thank you :)
