Hi everybody
After downloading v. 2.37 and seeing that your changes for maximizing/minimizing the viewports didn't made it in this release, I'm bringing this subject back in your attention.
So we had two possible solutions:
- simply changing CTRL-UPARROW to a less cumbersome shortcut (CTRL-SPACEBAR or SHIFT-SPACEBAR, or maybe something else)
Ctrl-Spacebar is now used for the transformation widget selection menu, so I understand...
- changing the behaviour of the Spacebar like this: hiting Spacebar maximizes/minimizes the viewport where the cursor is located, and keeping Spacebar pressed for a second or less brings up the Toolbox
I personally favor the second solution - it would make for a faster, better workflow. Any opinions?
Anyway, thank you all for 2.37. You are on the right track!

I too would prefer the second option but any of them would be welcome.BogdanOancea wrote:Hi everybody

Just a note: Shift spacebar is now in bf cvs as an alternative to ctrl up/down.BogdanOancea wrote:- simply changing CTRL-UPARROW to a less cumbersome shortcut (CTRL-SPACEBAR or SHIFT-SPACEBAR, or maybe something else)
