window size changing without redraw the content??

Post by deckard73 » Sun Feb 23, 2003 12:42 pm

I am using blender 2.26 src on my linux box (laptop x5 gericom, pro savage ddr) and it works great. but there is a little problem changing the window size. the graphics driver is a pre-compiled 1.1.26t. Okay, there is no 3d accelleration, but for modelling its good enough.
but if i change the window size of one of the internal blender windows it takes to long. sometimes 3 or 4 seconds. I think it would be faster if blender doesnt repaint the window content during the change of the size. could you create a compiler switch to prevent this.
