Is there a chance a programmer from this project could donate time to the ReactOS project to make sure the OS supports the windows version of blender. (for a few people this project is the only real hope of them getting away from MS windows.) It does help spread blender a little, or is this a little too far from the foundatins goals?
(i think the only problem stoping it from working right now is an opengl bug no one has time to fix)
Team up with ReactOS foundation?

Yes, the bug is in ReactOS's OpenGL support. It's a widely known regression actually. I don't think i'll find the exact bug number in their bugzilla, or know for sure if it has been filed. (The software is wirtten much faster than it is documented like most opensource projects.Caronte wrote:I think he talking about a bug in the ReactOS OpenGL support.SirDude wrote:Is the bug in the tracker? If not get it added. Thats the best way to get it resolved.
This is why i asked if this would be too far from this foundation's goals. On the other side it does seem like only one bug, but i'm not a programmer so i don't know how hard it would be to fix. I'm just one of the people that absolutly needs a few windows drivers to work.
