Blender Sequencer Features, effects and tutorials?

Hi all,

I seem to remember a webpage that used to list the features and effects for the blender sequencer. Now that FFMPEG is compiled in, I went looking for it but I can 't seem to find it. Anyone know where it is?

Also, are there tutorials for using it? I've found this one:

but all the ones on mediawiki.blender.org seem to be gone.

Any help appreciated.
