If you are not going to bother with the docs, manuals and tutorials on blender wiki, the best thing to do would be to ask over on the user forums at blenderartists.org , rather than here on the development forums.

you told me that already and I did blenderartist twice and got no responses and search all over and can't seem to find an answer.

Here is another hint. Ask better questions. This one is so vague as to be almost meaningless.
