Maya 2012, Blender, target file format
Maya 2012
Blender (downloaded today)
I'm looking for how to take a rigged, skinned, animated mesh from Maya and have it end up in any one of the formats without any animation or (major) texture loss:
.X
.md3
.b3d
.ms3d
.md2
.md3
I've been hitting roadblocks on google (grrr... i knew i shouldn't of switched to Maya 2012 so soon)
any help, links, tutorials, plugins, scripts, etc... that you can provide would be GREATLY appreciated.

I'm asking how to export to one of those specified formats.
sorry, I thought I was being clear when I said:

Maya 2012 doesn't have many plugin scripts yet so it's export formats are still very limited. Blender is well known for being used as a pipeline/conversion tool so I'm hoping that the community can provide me with a solution for this dilemma.I'm looking for how to take a rigged, skinned, animated mesh from Maya and have it end up in any one of the formats without any animation or (major) texture loss

the last time people had this much trouble understanding me it turned out I was having a stroke. Maybe I need a checkup.
I have Maya 2012.
my mesh is textured, boned, skinned, and animated with FK, IK, RK rigging.
I'm trying to reach any of the target file formats that I've listed above.
I found a LOT of old posts and info for how to achieve this by using blender, but they are for older versions of blender and Maya.
Maya export -> blender import -> blender export -> target file format.
how?
for example:I see that blender can export to .x DirectX format. will that include all texture formatting and animation frames? or only static models?
(I find a lot of programs brag about handling .md3 or .x but only for static or non-textured objects)
if it does include all texture settings and animation frames then how do I properly export my Maya animated textured mesh for import into blender?

the Maya options are:
.ma
.mb
Mel
move
editMA
editMB
GE2
Autodesk packet file
fbx
dae_fbx
SPF_dce
stl_dce
iges_dce
dwg_dce
dxf_dce
mentalray
animexport
I'm accustomed to doing video animation.
exporting to a game format that is supported by the developers engine is new territory for me.
the engine supports animated file types of
.X
.md3
.b3d
.ms3d
.md2
the Maya community couldn't help me with the problem.
I'm still hoping the Blender community can.
and as I said, I also need to carry over the animation frames and textures. not just the mesh

This could work, I'm unable to test this as I dont have access to Maya
1. Export to collada from Maya
http://sourceforge.net/projects/colladamaya/
2. Import the collada files into Blender
3. Export from Blender to whatever format.
