Scripting in Blender with Python, and working on the API

I need help with the game engine. Im making a first person shooter game and my character is a dynamic object with a successful MouseLook Script and a Movement script. Any time any dynamic object is manually turned, it begins spinning on some random diagonal axis and falls through or bounces off the floor. I use blender 2.63 and am very experienced with it. When I use a mouselook script from this website or just my own looking script, it glitches each time the vision is moved left or right and the shape spastically jumps around. any suggestions?
