I was going to render a simple 100 frames of a blue isosphere thats rotating, and everything seemed fine with the object mode and edit mode and the rotation; but when I examined the images after I exported the animation as a .png sequence, but blender rendered images that looked like and . Please someone tell me what I am doing wrong, and what I can do to fix it!
Try increasing the number of passes for render. Go to the 'integrator' panel and where you see 'Render" and "Preview", the defaults are 10 and 40 respectively. Increase the "Render" value to a higher number, say at least 100. It will take longer to render, but it should make it look better. You can try rendering one still frame first, to see if it looks ok at 100. If not, try 200 etc. When it looks good as a still frame, then you can render the .png sequence. Just keep in mind that the higher the number, the longer it will take to render.
