Ok so i'm developing a 3rd person shooter minigame. I know how to set up a 1st person one, with mouselook & all. But for this 3rd person project, i want to be able to have the characters upper body aim where the mouse does, without affecting the legs. like in gears of war, dead space, resident evil 5, etc. Can someone give me some basic guidelines for how to in corporate mouselook script into that type of gameplay. even if i have to split the player model into 2 separate models at the waist, i'll appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
