Can I use Blender Publisher for commercial purposes ? I need Game Engine for creating realtime interactive presentations
Can I do it without breaking the law?

I think you can, because Blender is now an opensource program, so there arn't any laws for it, like you should use ms paint or notepad for a commercial use.

Yes you can use that, especially for presentations.
When you aim at making a commercial product at cd or so, and sell 1000s of copies, please consider to donate something!

That's misleading. There certanly are laws to consider "opensource".
Blender is released under the GPL license so you have follow the license.
But he should be safe.Go ahead and use it
