Two-side checkbox gone?

Post by Elendir » Wed Nov 16, 2011 9:22 am

Hi all!

I can't find Two-side checkbox in latest 2.6x Blender. Maybe I'm looking for it in wrong sections?

In all previous versions of Blender Two-side checkbox was available once the model was UV unwrapped. It was located in Object Data under Texture Face (see the screenshot below):

Is this option dropped or moved to another place?

It is in the same TAB, but it is now under 'Normals' -- Double Sided

Thanks for your reply, however I don't think it's the same option. Take a look at how it was in 2.59:

Double Sided option is aimed at the whole mesh, while Two-Side operates on single faces.

Does anyone know where Two-side checkbox is located in 2.6x?

Still same problem, no solution yet?

double sided checked doesn't make visible two sides.

The button you are looking for is now called "BackFace Culling" in the materials menu under Game Settings. It took me a while to find it.
Hope this answer is not too late. :)
