I would like to join Blender development even if I'm not a skilled developer, I believe skills will come so far.
So, please, what are the steps I need to perform to be a Blender developer?
I would also like to be a Blender certified trainer.

The Simple ToDo list is one place to start.
Another place is the bug tracker. People say "Bugfixing? Yuck! I want to write something cool like a raytracer". But bugfixing is a good way to start. Learning the source code of any large project is like eating an elephant. Starting off with small bites makes it easier.
