UV map and marking seams

Im tryin to uv map an object I made but i cant get how to do it correctly, I went for a lot of tutorials but nothing seems to help me, I dont know where to mark the seams, I cant just cut it in half because there is no line that cross it in half, anyone can help? I cant send you the project if you want to see whats going on. thankss.
