Tower Defense Pathfinding

Hi, I'm new here, nice to meet you

I decided to make a tower defense game using blender, but since I'm new with blender, I don't know how to make the pathfinding. I tried to google it, but their pathfinding is different because it puts an elevated section.

How to make the objects move on a certain section, without creating an elevated terrain?
