Transform manipulators in UV Editor.

I know it's a low priority thing, but it always gets me that the UV Editor and Mesh Edit Mode behave slightly different from each other.

For the sake of consistency -not to mention my own personal workflow- I'd like it if I could edit a UV layout with the same basic interface that I edit a mesh in Front Ortho.
