I did some mesh experimenting to solve arm pit deforms, a notorious problem spot when animating.
I found that by ripping the verticies in the middle of the arm pit, excruding and scaling them in, lateral distortion was cut back dramaticly. In IMHO it works perfect.
I went from large lateral bulge to nearly nothing, arm staight up.
