Windoze: Compiling in VC++ 6.0, rough guide.

Here is the rough guide I wrote up today
to at least get you started with compiling blender
in VC++ 6.0 for Windows

Hey, thanks for you time and effort. I can't wait to give this a go. Nice to seem some Window-centric information.

Looks good.

One thing, though. Any chance you could just put the text up as a link, rather than requiring us to use Microsoft Word. It's not like the doc has any fancy formatting....
