Intermediate poses not symetrical despite keyframes are

Post by anders211 » Fri Oct 25, 2013 3:33 pm

Hi
I have animation in which only two bones are changed. Here are their keyframes coordinates:

armIK_l
frame 0:
x: 4.13115
Y: -1.54321
Z: -3.46038
frame 12:
X: 3.81950
Y: 1.00969
Z: -3.46038
frame 18 (center of animation):
X: 4.11237
Y: 0.46628
Z: -3.46038
frame 30:
X: 3.46946
Y: -2.37290
Z: -3.46038
frame 36 the same as frame 0

armIK_r
frame 0: coords are like in armIK_l frame 18 (X with "-" sign)
frame 12: the same as armIK_l frame 30 (X with "-" sign)
frame 18: the same as armIK_l frame 0 (X with "-" sign)
frame 30: the same as armIK_l frame 12 (X with "-" sign)
frame 36: the same as armIK_l frame 18 (X with "-" sign)

So as we see keyframe poses are symatrical for both arms. However when I am checking intermediate poses between keyframe ones they aren't symetrical and the difference is sometimes very big.

Example:
armIK_r coordinates of frame 2 should be the same as armIK_l coords of frame 20 (exception is only X which has opposite sign). However I have:

armIK_r frame 2:
X: -4.07257
Y: 0.28356

Z: -3.46038

armIK_l frame 20:
X: 4.07266
Y: 0.03842

Z: -3.46038

Is this bug in blender? Is any way to do something with it?
