As I am reading on nvidias pages, an idea is coming into my mind
Well, what do you think about implementing shader output to CG??? Or, what, if we would implement whole CG as an output? The tools to compile and render CG sources are free from nvidia and ppl could use the blender to produce game content.
This is not as rendering related as the other topics but because a great part of CG are the shaders, I think it sould be discussed here as well.
Well, what do you think about it? This would bring us slightly into the professional sector because cg-designers could decide to take blender for creating their content. Imagine - you design your content, view it in blender, then produce the output and use it for your game after compiling the cg-sources.
